Structured Project Workflow

  1. Requirement Definition & Feasibility Study
    Joint review of part drawings, tolerances, materials, annual volumes, automation level, budget and factory constraints.
  2. Concept Design & Technical Proposal
    System layout, machine selection, automation concept, preliminary cycle times and quality strategy are defined and presented in a clear proposal.
  3. Detailed Engineering & Process Development
    Final layout engineering, fixture and tooling design, CAM programming, simulations, cutting trials and optimisation.
  4. System Build & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
    Machines, fixtures, automation and software are assembled and tested at PMT. Performance, cycle times and part quality are verified according to agreed criteria.
